Business Process Consultancy (BPC)
Working with interested Forces Cedar HR has set up a new offering called Business Process Consulting (BPC). Cedar’s experienced consultants will review customers’ processes that directly impact NSPIS HR and use their knowledge and understanding to assist Forces’ management of individual processes, maximising the benefits delivered by NSPIS HR. With 300+ integrated processes managed by NSPIS HR there clearly is plenty of scope for this service.
This service is now live and two Forces have contracted for Services. The feedback has been excellent from these Forces and they expect significant benefit from this work as they progress their implementations. A case study is available for Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
