Cedar HR’s managed services enables Forces to concentrate on their core business and alleviates the difficulties of recruiting, training and retaining highly skilled database administrators.
The managed services provide guaranteed regularly scheduled access to a database administrator one or two days per month.  This Pre-scheduled time can be used at the Forces discretion which ensures a combination of preventative maintenance checks and regular upgrades on both the Oracle technology and Origin applications.
Cedar HR provides three managed services options:

• Regular on site data base administration consultancy providing system maintenance, housekeeping and support for system upgrades
• Regular remote system dial in service providing system health checks and in addition up to 60 hours of Data Base Administration support per annum
• A fully managed 24/7 monitoring and remote database administration service. This provides continual system monitoring, a dial in service in the event of reported issues and 60 hours of database Administration support per annum
