National User Group

The National User Group is a strategic team of Senior representatives from Police Forces and Cedar HR.

The group is tasked with reviewing and planning the strategic roadmap for the Origin solution. It plays a key role in proactively identifying Policing initiatives to be catered for and how these should be funded. In addition the group reviews the cost of the requested (Request for Change’s) RFCs fed up from the Service Management Group. Origin National User Group

The Chairperson for the Group is ACO Graham Liddiard, Director of Resources, Staffordshire Police.

Cedar HR’s General Manager and Product Manager are the supplier representatives at this group and work with the committee to advise on technology advances and assist with shaping the solution in-line with industry standards and best practice.

Cedar HR Steering Group

In addition to the National User Group, Cedar HR has invested in an internal strategy group. This team is made up from four senior representatives from the business. Their objective are tasked with ensuring that the right technology and application functionality mix is taken forward for Origin ERP. The team are closely engaged with leading projects such as that at Staffordshire Police to ensure that the maximum values for the Police Service is obtained.

Cedar HR has expanded this group and invited key Police Force representatives to meet with it on a quarterly basis. It is envisaged that the group will work as an enhancement to the National User Group.
