Service Management Group

The Service Management Group is a tactical team which monitors and reviews the performance of the service provided by Cedar HR.  The group is also responsible for reviewing requested enhancements to the product for the next 12 months generated by the Special Interest Groups. 

The Chairperson for the Group is Paul Bull, People Records Lead, Warwickshire Police.

Cedar HR's Customer Services Manager, Product Manager and Development Manager are the supplier representatives at this group who discuss service and product changes.

Special Interest Groups

The Special Interest Groups are the forum for Police Forces to discuss best practice and promote enhancements for the related module. The Cedar HR Product Manager is the supplier representative at this group. Special Interest Groups Include:

Origin Special Interest Group - (Origin SIG) - Chair Person - Dave Walpole - Cambridgeshire Constabulary

This incorporates Origin's Resource Management, Duty Management, Training Administration and Self Service Modules
